Our first new missionary arrived from the Philippines with her MTC instructor:
Joined three hours later by a dozen missionaries arriving from the Provo MTC.
Delayed flights and customs kept us from getting back to the mission home until 1:30am:(
Hopefully they will sleep soundly for a few short hours!

Roasted barley tea is a caffeine-free, roasted-grain-based infusion made from barley. It is served year-round, hot in the winter and cold in the summer! If you want to know what it tastes like, think of liquid Super Golden Crisp, my favorite childhood cereal:)

After an orientation on the First Twelve Weeks training program, our new missionaries received a Red Envelope with the name of their new trainer and their first area. Then off to lunch at Hawaii 51:
