The typhoon put a little damper on the Wuquan elders' cookie class,
but we had a whole lot of fun with the English students that showed up!
Up first was mixing cookie dough for Chocolate Pixies:
While the dough chilled, we moved on to Chocolate Oreo Truffles:
Crushed Oreos and cream cheese rolled into little balls of chocolate heaven!
Then dipped in dark chocolate...
How could anything be more wonderful?
Back to the Chocolate Pixies, making balls and rolling in powdered sugar:
Voila!
Great way to spend a typhoon day!
